Fifty Years Since 1968: Looking Back, Moving Forward

1968 turned the world upside down. 50 years later, come celebrate the victories of that historic year of rebellion and talk about the lessons we can draw for our struggles today.
Todd Chretien is a journalist and translator for Socialist Worker newspaper specializing in U.S. and Latin American politics and is the editor of “Eyewitnesses to the Russian Revolution” (Haymarket Books, 2017).
He was suspended from Columbia University in 1994 for his role in the occupation of Hamilton Hall led by the Save the Audubon Ballroom Coalition.
