In light of the protests against Milo Yiannopoulos at UC Berkeley in California, and against Charles Murray at Middlebury College in Vermont, and the responses from across the broad left, the discussion will take up how we successfully build a movement to combat the insidious and bigoted ideas of the rights, while defending basic democratic rights.
The talks will take up what distinguishes the Revolutionary Socialist defense of free speech from the liberal and ultra-left positions, and why we are the most consistent defenders of, and fighters for, free speech and democratic rights.
